The CTP is developed around the revised ARTDO-ITDWORLD Competency Framework. While the competencies are organized around the familiar ADDIE Model, the competencies themselves have evolved to become more relevant to the requirements of future L and D professionals. There are five modules or lessons, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The successful candidate must complete the coursework, do the assignments, and pass the assessments for each module. This will be a guided, self-paced course. We will be with you throughout this journey through live online lessons and private discussions.
